Federal Member for Gippsland, Darren Chester met with two Sale secondary students from Sale in Canberra this week as part of the Rotary Adventure in Citizenship 2014. Louis Howard from Gippsland Grammar School and Jackie Chacko from Sale College Macalister Campus were part of a delegation of students from around Australia who spent a week in Canberra participating in events and activities including a visit to Parliament House.
Mr Chester met with the Sale students and discussed a range of local and national issues of importance.
“It was terrific to see such an enthusiastic group of leaders in Canberra this week. I congratulate Rotary for taking the initiative”, Mr Chester said.
